Understanding these steps in the process will help you get comfortable and feel in control:

  • A Current market analysis will be our first step to get acquainted with the market your home will be entering.

  • We will discuss your goals: are you selling to buy another home? Do you need to move in a particular time frame? Is price the most important factor for you? Your goals determine our marketing strategy,

  • Once our marketing strategy is implemented, I will keep you updated and answer any questions as they arise,

  • We will evaluate the unfolding success of our marketing plan and make any needed changes,

  • Once a contract is executed, the title company and the buyer’s lender get to work,

  • From here, I’ll keep a close eye on meeting timelines in the contract and making sure any and all require documents are ready.
